We had a major water damage in our kitchen which also damaged the ceiling underneath. The guys from Servpro were very professional. They came up with a gadget that correctly identified the affected area and they followed up with the damage control. They are very skilled & fast serving team. Highly recommended.

This review is long overdue I was hoping I would calm down but I'm still irritated.Yes they did respond quickly but that's not the real issue here. I was forced to use these guys per my insurance and what a headache! I will never be using them again. Communicating with them and what was going on was like pulling teeth! They failed to repair and paint some scratches while taking out the flooring, which is annoying but the worst part was they would show up unannounced (we did not make any appointments and they would show up) AND they would also miss appointments that we made two-three days in advance. What the heck? They failed to communicate with us and another company that also had to work on the space. They said they weren't finished yet but then upon further "communication" claimed their part was done and it was the other company's responsibility to complete the job. Please stop wasting people's time. I get that the insurance company is paying you but it's pretty embarrassing. Ugh I'm triggered just by thinking about it.
