About 8 weeks ago, I injured my lower back resulting with intense pain getting out of bed , a car or out of a chair. My orthopedic doctor recommended physical and chiropractic therapy which I will continue until this back issue is resolved. After having Mary Chrestler who is located at Liverpool Therapeutic Massage work my back, I felt immediate relief when I walked out of there. Her powerful skills and techniques are amazing and give me something very positive to look forward to after a stressful week of work. I would encourage anyone looking for stress or pain relief to give Mary a try. You will be so thankful you did.
