The young gentleman who seems to be there everytime I'm there is very nice to talk to and work with. As a fairly new renter I'm very happy with the limited access hours and constant presence of an employee. It makes me feel safer storing my belongings there.

Alex was great he gave us the largest uniy he had left and offered a smaller one if we needed it. We were in and out the first time in about 30 mins. We did set up our account for automated payment and we had some difficulties with that, but Bill(?) and I worked it all out quickly the next month. So far so good. A+ job
