Kelly was outstanding, and the owner himself even helped me get the cart on my trailer and tie it down safely for transport. Highly recommend you stop by if you're in the market for a cart.

WARNING!!! WARNING!!!! Stohlzfoos Carts. Do NOT recommend this company for local cart repairs. They added repairs without my consent. They broke items during an install then replaced with new part and charged me for it. All without notification. They kept the cart for a month. They forgot to do services I requested and had to be reminded. They refused to offer any discounts or compensation for my dis-satisfaction. Couldn’t even offer to transport my cart to Circle M for free. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!! I will be continuing my services with Cme Carts from now on. Hey all. I have a follow up to my post. I received a call today from Stohlzfoos just now. The manager has been informed of this post. He explained to me to come get my cart and has refused any additional services. My guess is instead of making a customer for life, they choose to deny services because I chose to voice my opinions of their company practices. Sad that a popular company that was recommended to me has failed in such a way.

Stoltzfoos Golf Carts in Leola, PA is amazing. Every person that I have dealt with in that store is nice and as pleasant as can be, and yes, even in the time of Covid! From the first time I rented a golf cart from them to the many times I've purchased products since, they've been absolutely 100% helpful. They are prompt and efficient. They respond to emails within hours to even minutes. They always answer phone and call back the same day with answers. I was even given one of gentleman worker's mobile number to text or call if I decided I wanted to return the Golf cart on a different day than I anticipated, over a holiday!! Prices are more than reasonable. Even when they are helping other customers they still check in with you. They really care. I drive almost an hour to get there and never once minded, because that's the type of customer service I would drive hours for. Thank you to all of you
