Gelsons has high quality meats and fresh fish and different brands of things that I don't see in other grocery chains. The people that work at Gelson's have an answer for any question that I may have and they go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. It also doesn't hurt that they are just down the street from where I work. I shop here for my boss. Definitely 5 ☆s.

Gelsons is a high quality grocery store with a great assortment of food and other items. They have a great bakery with our favorite pastry - The cinnamon delco pastry is so delicious. All of the bakery items are delicious and freshly baked. They are very helpful and friendly and help you find the right cookies for you. The fresh produce is always fresh. All the food is super high quality with a good selection of everything. The prepared foods are great. The fresh cut turkey sandwiches are delicious. For a healthy delicious treat - try the chopped dates and walnuts. Yum! Parking is very easy and they help you with your carts. Enjoy your visit. Gelsons has a good customer discount program.

Gelson's is where you go to find that elusive product (Heinz Chile Sauce), premium piece of meat (large bone-in chicken breast) or fish, and meet other special needs (deli foods, spectacular potted plants and floral arrangements). Their price point probably puts them outside the realm of a daily market for more financially conservative shoppers, but you will love the luxury of an occasional splurge.
