Over the last year I have tried a few club fitters to try and dial in my clubs. Luke has been by far the best I have used, we’ve seen some great improvement in every club in bag in the few short months I have been going to Edwin Watts to see Luke. Even if it’s something as small checking the lies, lofts or even swapping grips out, Luke has always been professional and very helpful in explaining what he’s doing and how it will impact the golf game. 10/10 recommend Luke for fittings.

After reading the reviews online, compared to golf galaxy, I decided to try this place out first. This was the first time I’d ever been into a golf store, let alone getting fitted for clubs. I was immediately greeted by the staff, told them I was there to buy all new set of clubs, and being somewhat of a beginner (that’s only used hand me down clubs for the past three years), I told them I could use all the help I could get! I got that, and then some! I was partnered with Blair, who apparently hasn’t been working there long.. but he could have fooled me! Not only was Blair very friendly, he was also VERY wise and patient with me throughout the whole process. He never once tried to “upsell” or “push” me into any particular club. I swung multiple brands and eventually landed with the best fitting club for me. Getting the new clubs was great, but it was the outstanding customer service and expertise that made this experience so amazing. So, just for fun I went to golf Galaxy right after with my friend just to see the difference…. We walked around the entire store for almost 15 minutes and never once was approached by any of the employees……lol need I say more?! Thank you Blair for all your help today and I will absolutely be back and my buddy who has been golfing for years said he will also be a future customer with y’all! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I waited a while to post this review because I had a custom set of clubs made and I felt it would be fair to assess it all after I had some time with the new set. First off, I had Like for my fitting. I might add that I had a fitting at Club Champion before coming to Edwin Watts and I preferred my fitting here with Luke. He was so personable, without veering off the task at hand. You could tell he was genuinely interested in finding the right combination of heads and shafts for my set of irons. I expressed my interest in getting a used driver and 3-wood, to which he lit up (saying that since he does long drive competitions, now we were really in his wheelhouse) and accompanied me over to the used section to see what we could find. I’m a 10 handicap, but I don’t know much about equipment (/same clubs for the last 17 years), so I entrusted all the picking to him. He dialed in the heads for me, and installed new grips on the spot. I have now had time with my full set and can say that it was a perfect match of feel/forgiveness/flight that I was looking for. I so appreciated Luke’s genuine customer service. Kind and professional. Edwin Watts gives that hometown golf shop feel. Quality and personable.
