I had a pepperoni calzone. It was delicious but I had no idea how to eat it lol. It is not like taking a slice of pizza and then having another. Everyone was very attentive and service was excellent but it did not look very busy while I was there. They have multiple locations and it appears they have a lot of to go business.

I have been going to Hawthorns for about 7 years, since I moved to the area. Everytime my family orders something for carry out, seems like the portions are getting smaller and smaller! Food still tastes great, but carryout is not the best. I ordered a salad with grilled chicken. Paid 17.00 for it and the amount of lettuce in the container was sad! I could see the bottom of it! Also, my son ordered the chicken parmesan dinner. The pasta was so dry and barely had sauce on it. We had to add some sauce that we had at home so that it wouldn't be too dry! I think we will take a break for a while!

Wow!! This was my first trip here but definitely not my last. The restaurant and restrooms were clean and inviting, the host was very prompt and nice. Jazmin was our waitress, she was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable of the drinks and menus items. She allowed me to try a beer before making a decision, which is always helpful. We chose the spinach and artichoke dip as an appetizer which was very good. We also decided to get the chicken bacon ranch pizza, which according to Jazmin was delicious, and man was she right again! If you are in the Mint Hill area please give them a try and definitely ask for Jazmin!

Ordered take out and not impressed. You can’t go wrong with a chipotle chicken sandwich or so I thought... their version had very little flavor. Chicken Marsala pasta was also quite bland, and the chicken bacon ranch pizza was okay. The place was extremely busy, but again if you’re dining in, I’m sure it will be different.
