One of their drivers tried to turn illegally (using the right turn lane to go left) and then nearly merged into my car. I had to lay on the horn not to cause an accident. He didn't like this, sped around me into oncoming traffic, stopped his car in front of mine and opened the door to get out and spit at me. Despicable behavior.

I called because I needed a ride. That's what cabs are for right? The chick on the phone had an attitude and said there were no cabs available and due to Covid there wouldn't be...Why answer the phone if you're not taking customers? Like b. what is your purpose?

Driver was friendly, car was clean and good condition, safe driver, fair price. He gave us his number and we called him directly for a second trip during our stay in Charlotte. Great experience.

This company is a JOKE! They are all very unprofessional and lack common sense. The dispatcher hangs up on you, yells at you, and is very rude! ALL of the drivers are dumb! The drivers have no idea where they are going even though they are following the GPS. The drivers do not understand basic directions. My 10 year old son uses this company to get to and from school daily....they have lied about coming to my home at the correct time, the drivers have left him in the HOT SUMMER CAR ALONE, one driver told him/made him to "GET OUT" even though she is supposed to wait with him until the school doors open, they lost my child, they left my child at school for HOURS, they go off their route and pick up adults who are NOT supposed to be in the vehicle with my child, the list goes on and on! I have never used a company so unprofessional, unorganized, and no respect for their customers. I would NOT recommend this company to my worst enemy. Royal Cab needs to be shut down immediately and I will continue to report this sorry excuse for a business. Oh one of the drivers beat one of the students they were supposed to be taking to school! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! *After today we will NOT be using this company! My sons cab is 30 minutes late of course.*
