Judy, the sales associate that helped me was amazing and helped me find a band that was literally meant for me! She was very patient and we must have looked at everything. I've never seen such a selection of jewelry, watches, knives, gold and silver coins, bars, and more in my life! I couldn't be happier. Judy was extremely friendly and not in a sales pushy type way. They also gave me a reasonable price on a piece of jewelry that I wanted to exchange. Thank you Judy and thank you Carol Meierotto! Buyers BEWARE ! They did not say it was a estate sale used necklace until he $746 paid at check out and purchased it. Google search showed it was from Zales jewelry store several years ago somebody pawned it to merierotto. The necklace was supposedly from an estate sale however, it was made by Zales jewelry store and retail price was $149 for Valentine’s Day. Deception deception so The receipt says absolutely no refunds whatsoever . Really feeding off of peoples uneducated decision.

Yes, they have very knowledgeable geologists on site!!! The staff here is amazing, and super helpful! I've never felt pressured about purchasing anything I've looked at whenever I've been here, which is nice as well!!!
Yes they do buy gold and jewelry depending on what the price is going on gold or if you have diamonds in it... they sell lots of wedding rings.. appear to be pricey but they will work with you just have to ask. But all in all I have some nice stuff and everybody's very friendly. It's a well-guarded place when you first go in they'll be a first set of doors wait till they close then you can go into the second set of doors where you'll meet a guard and grab a number and they will call your number and and there you have it.. it's a pretty good size place..
