Really wish I could leave zero stars. Absolutely dissatisfied. I'm in Charlotte due to work. Went here since it's next door to my hotel. Ordered online to be faster. There was no hostess one really slow lady running the entire front of the place. Wait 15 minutes after my scheduled pick up. Get back to my hotel go to eat my food my fries are hard as a rock my burger is way over cooked and and sloppy. Will never eat here again absolutely trash.

Absolutely terrible! You can wait 10 minutes before the waitress will take your order, another 20 minutes before your drinks come, then 10 to box up your meal. It truly is the worse restaurant I've ever been to. At least the manager will tell you how it is somehow your fault that things are taking so long. She will also try to convince you that the reason that it is terrible there has to do with the pandemic. It isn't, they just do not care. I would never recommend this place.

Friendly staff. I ordered the blackened shrimps and sausage penna pasta it was delicious except the sausage was not as soft as expected I also ordered the spicy shrimp was very nice. If am in the area again I would definitely go back there.

The bartender was kind and attentive. Ordered the Holiday Trio. Ribs were fall off the bone great, everything else was avg. at best. No need to request the doneness of steak, it's going to be well done, the mashed potatoes were old and hard. This second visit for 2021, probably my last.

Was not pleased with the management 1 waitress and Marquis wasnt any help asked to speak to him and he wasnt intrested in anything my husband and i had to say the waitress was embarrassed i told her it wasnt her fault it was her lazy managers fault

Food was good service was terrible. Everyone "working" was talking and or getting stuff ready for takeout for themselves. Zero management.
