About a week ago I stalled out on freeway had to start pushing the vehicle off freeway, two very awesome bystanders came to help. One of those helping me was Steve from Bob Stall Chevrolet . While I fixing my vehicle he offered to have his mechanic take a look at it which they did and at no charge . Got to meet Steve's sister who was just as nice and helpful as he was . Overall I was grateful that the world still has people that help and if they run their business anything like the way they helped me then they got me sold . The dealership was clean. Friendly and Overall it was one of the best experiences I've had in a long time. Next time I'm looking for a truck I will be going to Bob Stall Chevrolet, it has all the qualities that that make a successful business with great owners . Thanks .

I dropped off my GMC Canyon Denali for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. My service was completed in less than two hours. The price was very reasonable. My service agent was very professional and friendly. She made sure to explain everything completed and there were no concerning problems with my truck.

Everything that was fixed was fine and Pam was great. She was very nice and was able to answer any questions. What I didn’t like or understand is why I dropped my car off the night before my 0700 appointment for Thursday the next morning for it to only be looked at Monday morning, then finished being fixed by Tuesday. The process is off. I shouldn’t have had to pay for a rental for 4 days. It becomes very costly for no real reason. It should have been looked at on Thursday at 0700 and I could have had it back by Thursday evening or Friday.

One hour and 51 minutes for a oil change. That’s with a 11am appointment and arriving 15 minutes early . Absolutely unsat . One gentleman had a 11:15am appointment for the same oil change tire rotation and left before me. The lounge was empty with the exception of one individual. The service drive up, empty . Update:12/16 Went to purchase AC belt as I was informed after oil change it needed changing . Ordered at around 11am told by 2pm it’ll be in from the warehouse. I didn’t get a call that it was in till 5pm.. 6 hours and was told they close at 5:30PM, Cannot make this stuff up. Having loss all confidence in Bob Stall Chevy I canceled the belt replacement with them scheduled for today 12/17 and took it to another shop and was shocked when told my belts are new , no cracks no fraying by two mechanics. Absolutely nothing wrong with them . I returned the $64.25 belt for a refund. I will definitely try courtesy Chevrolet from here on out.
