THEY WILL NOT LET YOU VISIT YOUR RELITIVES! They kick out grandchildren if they're seen by the management. Had to cut our visit with grandma short.

Lovely place, and wonderful neighbors. The really bad thing about this place is the management. I wanted to visit my aunt for about two weeks. Then they made it a big deal for anyone under 45 to stay for that long. I know it's a 55+, but no visitors?! So... I'm at the point now where she can't even have visitors? (That's what they told me) Her actual own son doesn't want nothing with her. I'm all she has, and can't even visit her without her getting into trouble. So yeah... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IF WANT SOMEONE YOU LOVE, TO LIVE COMFORTABLY.

The Management won't allow visitors to stay over night to visit family even though I was parked in a "Visitor Parking Space" for less that (24) hours.......pathetic.

They tell you that yes but they don't want any one your dog to bark or see our dogs .at all they are not nice there is alot people's don't like them . i have one dog and the manager have sent me a letter to Waring that my dog needs to stop barking. the manager here are mean to alots of us . i an not happy here .this place here is beautiful but it is very deceiving to who ever buys here . very few people like them . i have tried to get along with them . they say they have rules here .but they change the rules here . i am very sad because i do love my house and my friends here we need new manager here but the own love them because they save him money 😩😌 .

Yeah it's a 55 and older community most of the hones are for sale
I'm am sure you can do both, but I suggest that you call the office there.
The park takes the rent and its paid off it won't hold any more value

I believe the limit is 2 . As far as barking there are some people who are sick so everyone needs to be mindful of their neighbors!
Can we bring a motor home or 5th wheel? Small both how much rent space
