All and all a pretty good delivery dinner. Salad execution was on point. 3 sides of dressing fresh, crisp veggies and marvelous packaging with cellophane windows on top. My sandwich was pretty good, but it lacked the stated, “pickles and ranch” from the order menu. This wouldn’t have been an issue if the slaw had been creamy somehow. A minor setback. The chicken was crispy and juicy so it really wasn’t a big deal. I like what I got for the money and that’s what matters. Good job BWWJC!

I’m not one to leave bad reviews but my gosh… We went here on Mother’s Day and not only did we wait 30 min to get our order taken after being seated the waitress walked around for 30 more minutes before bringing us the wrong food twice. Then when she did bring the correct food she put my wife’s order in as something completely different then what she ordered. Finally after all that she tried to charge us for the food she took back to the Kitchen as well as our actual order. I have never seen a business operate in such a poor manner and as for our family we won’t be back!

I just left here and I feel so lame kind of way. I added my receipt as proof but my total came up to 30 dollars. I did not get the half off wings or whatever the Tuesday deal was and went I mentioned it to him (tall, skinny, white guy) he said oh I didn’t ring it up that way and awkwardly I said okay because after a few seconds he didn’t try to remedy the situation and I just said thank you and walked away. Yeah I think they guy needs better customer service. Like why wasn’t I given it? He did it apologize either. He didn’t smile the whole transaction. Idk but I didn’t like his energy.. I even tipped him 3 dollars for no reason whatsoever! Smdh

Wings.. Its because they serve wings not beans
Wear mask in to table.they have plastic between booths.wear mask if getting up from table.like going to bath room or leaving.all associates are wearing their mask as well
Weird. That's not been my experience there. I go almost every week, Tuesday or Thursday for the BOGO wings. Service has always been passable, often above average. Managers always take care of us if anything is out of line.
I was there on July 10th and the Stars and Stripes plus the Tennessee Flag were still on the wall.
