The young man at the window is the only reason it's a 2* and not a 1*. Every mcdonalds nation wide starts lunch at 1030. Except this one. They start at 11. Normally no big deal. But their drive thru menu and all signage had lunch displayed. No breakfast menu. I had to do a google search for the breakfast menu while people waiting inine behind me. They said they can't control what menu is up because of the nationwide switchover time. This literally confuses EVER drive thru customer, every day, from 1030-1100. Even the young man in the window said how tired he was of telling everyone. Either FIX YOUR SIGN TO REFLECT YOUR ACTUAL, CURRENT MENU, or CHANGE YOUR HOURS to match you menu and literally every other mcdonalds.

Fries have been undercooked and soggy all three times that I've been this week. Most recent visit also got my order wrong (onions and pickles on burgers when the order specified not to include them). Wasn't just me having problems either, while I was waiting for my food the last time I went in one guy walked in to talk to the employees because they forgot to give him some of the food that he paid for. One of the girls working in there also has a huge attitude problem, which just adds to the annoyance of trying to get what you paid for. You'll know her if you see her, hard to miss the rainbow colored hair. Having problems once I can forgive, but three times in a row? More trouble than it's worth. I won't be going back, other businesses in the area can have my money instead.

I have had several bad visits but I am updating my review to a positive. The new breakfast shift manager is awesome and I am happy to clean the slate for her.

I placed a large order at this location only to see things have not improved. My McChicken's didn't have extra mayo (only labled), the fries and nuggets were cold and I ask my 2 different sauces and and only 1 kind was in there in my bag. Also, 1 of the sandwiches bun was torn off.
