Staff friendly. Quick service. Security welcomed me and went above her call of duty. Thank you all. Nurses were professional. X-ray tech was comforting. I was wheeled out to my car by a nice staff member and it was raining. Special treatment I received. I will not forget. My PA went the distance to write a work note and provide me with professional service. Thanks to the young man that taught me how to use my crutches too.

Since I walked through the door I was treated so nice and efficiently. The security guard very helpful. Juan the gentleman that took me the examination room very caring and help me with my ankle. Monica at the X-rays wonderful. The doctor who explained the fractures as well as the nurse that did not get a chance to get her name we’re awesome too. Juan and this young lady walked me to my car. I will always appreciate the way the treated me . Definitely will recommend this Urgent care o 127 and Kendall.

The customer service was absolutely phenomenal not one complaint. They were kind professional, considerate and took really great care of me. I would like to give a special thanks to SueAnn as well as my doctor they were truly amazing. I will definitely be referring others to this location while continuing to go there myself.
