Had a major service done earlier this year, around $6,000 or more total. Brought vehicle in for oil consumption and between that service and the next oil change the vehicle was so low on oil they said I shouldn’t even drive it. They claimed I needed another 1500-2500 in oil leak repairs. Also had suspension work done and noticed a rattling noise after. They said bring it down and they’ll take a look, if it’s work that’s been done it would be covered. Well, got stuck with $140 diagnostic fee they never told me about and they just tightened down a heat shield but the rattling is still there. I called for an appointment at another location but they’re not able to take me in a timely manner I would have to wait about a week and be without a car. Not good as I’m in the Army and commute for work.

They're in a good location, gave me great customer service and were very transparent about the work being performed on my vehicle (before and after ANY service). No uncomfortable salesman tactics. No run-arounds. No bait and switch. The prices are kind of high, but this still doesn't knock the 5th star. You get what you pay for here. The mechanics are ASE certified and legitimate. The parts are OEM standard and covered with a 2 year warranty. (And mileage cap. I believe it's 24,000 miles but please do your research on that.) These guys get the job done. Highly recommended.

I bought a wonderful used car from them. Rich was the salesperson, and he was attentive, patient and helpful. I came in at the 11th hour and he stayed until the end so I could take the time and buy my car and feel comfortable about it. No pressure (the type of salesperson I like). The finance guy was also very nice and friendly.
