PROS: gas grill as opposed to charcoal grill, working hot tub and gas fireplace. Atmosphere is peaceful and private. Owners are a very nice older couple. Great place to kick back with your dogs and do some fishing. CONS: better as a fishing cabin than a family retreat. Our cabin was cramped for 4 people, and it was was also dated and a bit dirty. This cabin had an annoying ant problem. Also it was an inconvenience to drive to the office everyday for clean towels. The bed was very old and uncomfortable and the furniture was worn and dusty. We liked to watch movies at night and the DVD and cable were both not working the entire time. We have stayed in many cabins in about the same price range and this is not what we look for in a family or couples get away. But if you are not particular about the comforts of home and just need a place to hang you hat and fish then it might be for you.

We go 2 times a year! The place is beautiful and very relaxing. Cabins are clean. Miss Patty and her family are so super sweet and nice. It is a wonderful place to be!!! So worth the money!!!

The cabins are great! Very clean and well kept. They have both perfect cabins for get aways as well as family fun on the lake. The only drawback is I swear there are no fish in the lake! We spoke to them about restocking the lake and while they said they did, its hard to believe. We fish very very often and there are other lakes where you at least get bites for some level of excitement. Id give it a 5 if they actually stocked it with fish.
