Do not go to legends, at least not until they hire better coaches. I have had experience with legends, playing for them and against them. There are so many teams whose coaches are awful. This awfulness ranges from encouraging dirty play, cussing out their players (like that’s supposed to help them do better?), and ineffective coaching skills. There are coaches that deal with serious anger issues that are not good for children to be around. For example although I’ve never been with this particular coach, this one coach has severe anger issues, resulting in him getting in trouble during games many times. Their coaching is severely ineffective as well. Instead of improving and growing their players, many of them either play it safe or look to discipline. Some coaches do not focus on growing their girls as players and tend to focus more on their strengths instead of also strengthening their weaknesses. Some coaches also do not know how to make beneficial drills. If the team is lacking in an area, they look to discipline the team for lacking instead of constructively working to strengthen that area. Being involved in soccer, watching, playing, and reffing, I do not recommend Legends FC in Norco. But of course, Legends still has the opportunity to improve their players and their coaches.

Our experience with this club was with the 2010 girls team. Although they have some skilled players, coach encourages dirty play (ie high elbows and playing player not ball). During tournaments, team was known to take out top players from opposing team. In one tournament they took out two of our girls from behind resulting in one of our players being out for over a week. During a championship match, they took out the opposing team's best player within the first 2 minutes. Sad to see this kind of play at such an early age.

My experience was in boys division. I felt like my son 8 years old got discriminated by the couch. I was honest with him and told him my son doesn’t have that much experience playing soccer but he’s excited to learn. He told me to bring him back where they usually practice. I brought my son 3 times and wait there but they never show up so I called him and he just say we’re in another park. He don’t treat with respect and bunch of lies!
