The staff was super kind, no complaints there. The food was hot, quick, and alright. The staff is the only reason I'm giving 3 stars. The cleanliness of this place made us leave quickly,and we ended up throwing out half our food we were so grossed out. The place looks clean upon first glance but, the floors were extremely sticky, the tables hadn't been cleaned, and there were roaches in the bathroom.

Burns

The last 2 times I've been here, it's been a 30 minute wait for a very small order. To be fair, it's not just me waiting, it's everyone who orders. The lobby was full of disgusted patrons. You could tell some of the customers were on their lunch break and probably wouldn't have time to eat after the wait. The staff is extremely slow. The people I've encountered taking orders and filling drinks seem overwhelmed and confused. They're mixing up people's drinks and sometimes were just making the wrong drinks. The machine for customers to fill their own drinks doesn't work and hasn't been for some time. I ordered a frosty one day... 27 minutes before I got it. The second (and last) time, I ordered a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger without a bun and extra lettuce, as I'm celiac and can't have the bread, and a medium frosty. I waited 25 minutes and what I received was a patty, a piece of bacon and 2 small skinny pieces of lettuce. No tomato, no mayo. I wasn't going to even say anything to have to wait another 20 minutes for them to fix it. The staff I spoke with was friendly and apologetic for the wait.

I paid around $50 to feed my family and I. Food was missing from my bags which made me had to drive back to grab it and the food tasted absolutely horrible. Soda had no carbonation so I had to drink flat soda, stale fries and my daughters chicken nuggets were cold.

OMG the honey bacon chicken croissant was amazing. I have never tasted anything better in my life. Wish I had gotten two now. 😍😍😍 update: it is still amazing. And my husband says the hot honey chicken biscuits is just hot enough you can feel it but not enough to hurt your month.
