Rocktane Gas & Car Wash

This gas station is the most inconsistent ive ever been to…im a local to atlantic city..born in acmc and raised in general area…ever since “Rocktane” opened the hours have been whatever’s convenient for them that particular day…its 10:45am on a sunday morning and theres not anyone even here to work…somedays they close at 6-7pm when they are supposed to be open til 10pm…theres a saying that is extremely true n its “the best ability is availability “ tired of everyone blaming covid-19 for our problems…Hard Rock yas need to step your game up UPDATE…7-15-22….I get my car washed couple times a month and service is usually average…BUT today Lauren who was running the car wash was absolutely amazing…pulling up to the car wash she introduced herself letting me know she will be doing the pre-wash soaking of my car…which was very cool…in a world where customer service is lacking Lauren was everything a company should hope for when representing their place of business…she was a breath of fresh air and I just had to show the appreciation right back because it’s important…we have no problem throwing out negative experiences but rarely point out the positive..thank you Lauren…5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the above n beyond approach to your job

I personally didn't get gas but I used there car wash and I really liked the way it came out

Staff are nice and helpful. But the car wash is very gentle, more like a drizzle. Can only remove light dirt.

This place is never open. The last three times I went to use my “Free wash voucher” it’s been blocked off. You go inside the store and ask the staff. And they always say “The attendee hasn’t shown up for work yet.” Hire some new staff already!
