Today August 21, 2022 my wife and daughter went on their regular Sunday shopping routine to buy items at multiple retailers when they were at the 99 Cents store once they pay for all items on the way out security Bradley and cashier Victor accused them of shoplifting my wife called PD and after the store staff and officer checked all items they were told that there was no crime committed everything was paid for, Maggie the MOD was horrible did not even go up to my wife to talk to her and apologize and she refuse to give her district manager phone number out ,do not shop at this establishment ,you lost a loyal customer for not properly training your employees.

I must compliment the 99 cent store for keeping their prices down as long as they could it's understandable now with all the inflation that the prices cannot stay at 99 cents which unfortunately I have found that I can find quite a bit of the items there elsewhere for even less sorry doesn't mean I don't like them though I'm still giving them five stars cuz I've been shopping there ever since they came to town and I have no problem but I do comparison shop now and I don't get all my items at the 99 cent since they've gone up

Everything is over priced you can definitely find same items someplace else. Since Dollar tree higher theis prices to over a dollar, 99 cents store did too even though their prices were already over the dollar they raise them some more, if a spaghetti pasta is $1.25@ dollar tree, 99 cents store sell it for $1.49 when Walmart has it at $0.79 cents. See what I mean? Way over price. Not shopping here anymore

The management at this location is incredibly unprofessional. As you can see from the photos and online they should be open at 6 on Tuesday and Thursday but when I arrived at 6:30 I was rudely denied and when I pointed out there was clearly a sign which indicates they are open at 6 as well as online they removed the sign in a feeble attempt to cover their tracks. Again, the management and employees at this location are absolutely unprofessional to say the least. (In regards to your response below) I was there "before" the 9th of November and have proof of such so you are blatantly lying. You should be ashamed of yourself.
