Ladies at the front seem very nice. Doctors and nurses are a whole different story. Doesn’t seem like they even wanna work. Why be a nurse if you don’t care for other peoples health? They have no sense of urgency what so ever. They barely checked me out and told me I was fine an nothing was wrong with me. I am definitely getting checked my another doctor cause I don’t believe it. The doctor I had was so rude. coming from radys this is a BIG down grade. I don’t know where to go.

For a free or low cost medical center, it's pretty nice. Easy to get to, they have a parking lot with an attendant who also helps you when you're unsure of which building you need to get to. They have masks for you to wear while you're there, in case you forget to bring one. The front desk employees are all friendly, which is pleasantly surprising for a low cost / free clinic. They have a tough job handling the public. The medical staff; blood draw, nurse's aides, etc. are friendly. The doctor I had, which I didn't choose, turned out to be a very kind individual. Overall it has been a couple of pretty pleasant experiences. We'll see how the follow up visits go.

My grandfather had an appointment today for q follow up. He did not want to be seen because he didn’t had COVID results that they did on him last Friday. How is that his fault? That they don’t have the results?!?? He’s in a lot of pain and even then they won’t see him. Worst place and horrible customer service. Now will be taking him to get seen elsewhere.

Needed bloodwork, chest x-ray and EKG done for pre-op surgery and sent to surgeon in a timely manner. Dr Vaughn had it all done with his staff and had the chest x-ray ordered. Surgeon received everything as promised. Found the staff friendly as well. Not sure why all the bad reviews. They did great for me.
