Went to the Oceanside store after researching on chandeliers on several websites including Lamps Plus site. Greeted by Mash the sales person. He answered all our questions with great clarity. Pal the manger joined us and showed the details in several chandeliers. Both helped us pick the right ones for our needs. They were a great team. The made our trip special. They helped us with all our questions on installation and maintenance also. One of the three pendent lights did not work. Called Mash. He sent a replacement immediately and resolved the return issue effortlessly. Sales and after sales 5 star. Highly recommend the store. Great products and great personnel! Kris
