Nice little Park by the River that has good Views. Playground and Clean Bathrooms Plus Dog Friendly. Museum was closed due to COVID which was a Bummer.

Nice park. Very good displays of river control and lock operation, river life and the steamboats in the restored control building.

This Boat ramp is very well maintained at the Chilo, OH. location. It is a good two lane ramp for the Meldahl pool of the Ohio River...the docks normally get put in about Memorial day weekend and come out around the Labor day weekend. But the ramp is still available to boat launching...

Great place for an afternoon picnic. The trail through the nature be preserve is nice. Nice river views. I also highly recommend the museum tour.

As of May 31st 2018, the yurts are not up due to storm damage. I believe the new ones have arrived but have not been erected.
