The funnel fries are ok. But they give you a very small portion for 7 dollars. Not impressed.

Costello's Pizza Smithville. I went in here to get 2 slices. Right away guy asks how I was paying since I was pulling out my debit. He says 10 dollar minimum so can maybe get another slice (3) or a soda. I got the extra slice total was 9.60. Wasn't really happy about that since I get slices all over and never get told 10 min. It is not really a convenient location, at the back of the little stores so you have to park a bit away. Normally, if I get told 10 minimum anywhere I walk, but I was already there. I try to support the small business and when Corona started a lot of places were not sure if they were going to stay in business or whatnot and really wanted people to come in. I guess everybody jumping on the pandemic bandwagon now since businesses found they really did better-not worse, could charge the American people MORE and get away with it. Patriots! Pizza was a little undercooked. He threw it in the oven 2 minutes so was just tad warm, not hot. 3 stars.

It was TERRIBLE. We ordered a Margherita Pizza, first they put Whole Canned Tomatoes from a can on it, No Pizza Sauce. Way to much sauce, Soggy Soggy Soggy. Was Terrible. Counter girls need to learn what Customer Service is, unfriendly.

The 2 counter girls (little blonde & brunette half shaved head) are absolutely miserable. No customer service or even common courtesy at all. It’s one thing to hate your job but don’t take it out on customers. We ordered a lot of food and there’s signs on the table that says “we bring the food to you.” They didn’t, nbd tho! We understood they’re busy. After waiting 35 mins, I waited in line at the counter again. Noticing they’re busy (and clearly unhappy) I very politely asked hey just checking if our foods ready? I was told 2 words”it’s not” and she looked at the next person behind me. Enough to say she was done helping me. I step aside, the other miserable one says ‘here we just didn’t call you.’ A table by us overheard us talking about the rude counter girls & they agreed. After finishing, they didn’t clean the tables. Which is probably violating some kind of health code especially considering it’s a pandemic. On a positive note, the food was good. But even w good food, rude customer service will bring a good place down quick.
