Alex was at my house on time and ready to service my house. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I learned so much about how ants get around in such a short period of time. I was having a big earwig problem and ever since calling Pointe I have noticed a significant difference! Everyone is so professional and I love that they send out reminders before your service as well as the tech calling you ahead of time to make sure you’re home so they can spray inside. The staff is good about answering their phone as well. The techs that spray are all very friendly and extremely informative, specifically the tech named Cord. My dad is a Pointe Pest Control customer as well and raves about him so seeing him show up to my house to spray was a pleasant surprise. Thank you Cord! I definitely recommend Pointe to whoever is seeking pest control services!

Juan is a terrific Dude! He was extremely helpful and a pleasure to talk to. That said, he is well deserving of any bonuses applicable. He also explained clearly that an indoor spray service is available upon request. Apparently it was free and/or included in our service package. Once I request this service, I would prefer Juan to perform that.

Cord always performs a wonderful service. He knows how to get the job done and shows his concerns. It truly means a lot to both my husband and I that he cares and does a fantastic job each time our home is serviced. We are happy to have him as our service tech.

We do not as the largest animal we deal with is a rat.
The products we use are not phytotoxic which means non-plant killing. If you have any issues or questions those can addressed with the technician that comes to your home.
