Very disappointed with prices. Hardly any sale. Also the discount that was posted online was misleading. It said 10 dollar off of every 25 dollar. It turned out that its only 10 dollar off per transaction. The lady at the counter was also rude and didn't let us do multiple transactions to benefit from the coupon. Very disappointed with kohls. Prices are changing consistently and going up. They are ripping off customers instead of helping them buy more at the store.

As a regular department store, Kohl's is stale bread. Nothing interesting or worthwhile. Kohl's is genius to recognize that Amazon is the beast to be tamed and not feared. Perhaps Kohl's is delaying the inevitable. But maybe it can live long enough to see the next phase; whereas other department stores will only die tired.

It used to be one of my favorite stores, now I can hardly find anything that I like and the prices are way higher than before. It gives me the impression of a boutique now. Not necessarily bad, but not what I need.

We shop there all the time. Nice selection, good prices and Kohl's cash! I get most of my clothes there, work and leisure, shoes, belts and wallets. It's super convenient to our house so it has become our go-to store.
