I won't recommend going to this salon, messed up the haircut in reply they were very rude. Don't go with that Chinese lady, she can't even understand the instructions. Such a busy place not sure why can't they hire talented staff. They are behaving as if we're getting free haircut. Very bad customer service.

Possibly the worst experience ever. My family has been going to great clips for ages and no complaint so far. It is a great place. But today , I just requested for a simple U cut. He asked me how much to shorten it by. I told 1 inch and 1 min or so into cutting the hair, I requested him to make it a bit shorter(and trust me I only requested. I even added if it is not possible, this length is okay). OMG. The face that he gave me and repeatedly telling like "u only asked for 1 inch, u only asked for 1 inch". I said am sorry, and that I genuinely couldn't estimate the height before. He did not even comb, partition my hair properly and to top it off, he wet my hair before cutting and did not even have the courtesy to dry it. I just walked out wet haired. 2 mins (EXACT) was the hair cut time. Please treat your customers slightly better than this.

Clean and tidy facility. Professional and courteous staff members. Usually the wait time is high however if you make an online appointment using the great clips app, it is much easier process.

Horrible experience. Possibly how you could ruin a basic bob haircut and yet they managed to ruin it! I asked specifically “longer front and shorter back”, the hairdresser did exactly opposite. DO NOT GO THERE.
