I've been renting the electric scooter for about 4 years now and always have a great experience theman ROSS is very pleasant and helpful. There is no hassle to rent nor return. I rent it to use at Disneyland. There is a drop box for the key return and you leave the scooter parked in the same vicinity. It is literally right across the street from the park so youcanget dropped off since there is no parking there. It's located inside of the hotel at a corner desk. The scooter was comfortable and fast as well as fully charged.

Great guest service, ease of rental online or phone. Rental was at the hotel ready for use the scooters were clean, dependable and easy to charge. Thank God for this service it made my vacation an enjoyable and accessible one at both locations Disneyland & California Adventure. It was God send for both myself and my husband who both have medical conditions. Will recommend this company to all my friends and family back in Hawaii. Mahalo nui loa.

After weeks of researching and reading countless reviews for scooter rentals in and around Anaheim Disneyland areas for our family vacation we decided to book with Select Mobility which I'm pleased to say has to be one of our best decisions of our trip ! My review is as follows: 1. Customer service = 5+++++ Stars if I could give more I would! From beginning to end the service was above expectations! Our scooter was at hotel the day prior to our arrival ( that was above expectations as it wasn't supposed to be there until 7:00Am the next day) Every time I called they either answered or promptly returned all my calls (Even outside their normal business hours) **Pedro was Awesome and OUTSTANDING!! ***************** When their was issues with my credit card which later turned the business writing down wrong or missed number or something they where very cool and no worries about me coming in at my convenience to give them the card number, when I needed the scooter for just a couple of hours after I returned it they accommodated me at NO additional charges! They just go way and above to help their customers needs ! 2. Scooter = 5 Stars scooter was fast ( I'm guessing 5MPH ) don't know but it was fast and maneuvered around really good! 3. Battery = 5 Stars lasted from 8am to 9-10:00 pm and NEVER got to even 1/2 and we drove around a LOT and I think maybe 1 day lost 1 green bar but most if not all days stayed fully charged! Everything about the scooter,service etc was way above expectations and I highly recommended select mobility and would definitely rent from them again and ask for Pedro as he was awesome

I cannot stress enough how great Select Mobility Scooters is. Last week I needed a scooter for Disneyland and they had it delivered to my Hotel in plenty of time for me to leave early and let me have it out as long as I needed it. The scooter went from 7:30am until 1:30am in the morning and was comfortable and made my Disney trip possible and helped the Disney Magic. Thank you Victor for your help. I would definitely recommend and will be using on all my Anaheim adventures.
