Really wanted to like this place... but I cannot. First I had an appointment scheduled for 1pm and didnt get seen until nearly 2pm. The customer service was not very friendly, and the whole job felt rushed. I got a gel manicure and the polish started chipping on multiple nails after only 3 days.... (Gel manicures last on average 2 weeks). Very disappointed, I recommend trying other spots.

I absolutely love coming here for my pedicures; Jennifer is amazing! However I got a dip "manicure" by someone else and I am so unhappy and disappointed that I had to pay for something that turned out so awful 😞 My cuticles weren't trimmed I left with dip and gel polish all over my fingers and now the day after they are chipped and peeling around the edges.

I’ve come here since moving to Chapel Hill 9 months ago. It’s always very professional and the staff is so friendly! Affordable pricing too compared to a lot of places, and they have always been able to accommodate me. Especially when I have inspo photos! Chi did my nails today and she is so focused on the details, and makes sure I liked how my nails were every step of the way. Love coming here!
