Tia was super experienced. She knew to ask if I wanted my thick hair thinned a bit, and she added precisely the texture/layers I was going for. There were a lot of online bookings ahead of me (I was a walk-in), but the staff still worked me in in the estimated time they'd given me (meaning, they don't say "it'll be 15 minutes" and then take half an hour). I went on Mother's Day as a treat to myself and I'm so glad I did!

I will not be going back like EVER!! I forgot the name of the lady who cut my hair but she did not do a good job.. when she cut it, it looked okay but she didn’t even use water on my hair to see if haircut was good. When I came home and washed and straighten my hair, it was very uneven and looks very bad. I even tipped her but honestly I think I wasted my $23 today when my mom could’ve done a way better job!! I need a refund, smh.

When I tell you this is the greatest Great Clips I’ve ever been to, I mean that THIS is the GREATEST Great Clips I’ve ever been to!!! The KINDEST ladies spent *1+ hr* AFTER CLOSING to help my sister and I to fix our hair before pictures the next day. I mean, it was INCREDIBLE the amount of time, the kindness and the customer service?! Impeccable!!! Love these ladies!!!
