Came here on a Friday night. The kimchi fried rice and drinks were really good. I found the bao to be really fluffy and moist, but super small. Birria tacos were similarly delicious but small.

We were visiting a former hometown and had asked a more recent local for recommendations. This was a tight crew with diverse tastebuds/dietary necessities but it was made clear that this spot serves meals to be shared amongst all who are at the family table. The server explained that each person within the group should make their own order (and expect to share with those at their specified table) and that items would not arrive "in bulk". We did each make our own order and were able to share amongst ourselves. Every single order was perfect to all of us! Each order was so tasty to each of us that we could not stop ordering more to taste! The service was with good timing and the experience was impeccable. I would give this one Five stars.

3.5 out of 5 for take away. The broth for the Nagasaki champon was delicious and rich and a crowd pleaser. The instructions for boiling the noodles was helpful. We also ordered 5 additional dishes, and while the flavors were great, there was quite a bit of grease in the spicy pork buns and the xiao mian noodles. The pork belly on the chashu don wasn’t melt in your mouth tender— it required a steak knife to cut into pieces. The soft boiled egg had a perfect cook. The nasi gongreng was well seasoned and quite tasty, but the sunny side up egg still had a bit of raw egg white on top. The mango papaya salad wasn’t as well rounded in flavor as we anticipated— it was primarily sour with some fish sauce. Overall, would need to try again while eating at the restaurant to give a better rating.

Just had a wonderful experience at M Pocha. Sat at the bar and was waited on by the bartender who also designed the cocktail menu. Can't say enough, the food was excellent and the cocktails inventive and delicious. Looking forward to them opening the new test kitchen in Cary. Hopefully our bartender will be asked to design their cocktail menu as well.

All employees are tested on a regular basis. Everything that is touched by customers is constantly sanitized. We have dividers btw each table. Employees wash their hands anytime they touch something a customer has touched. Anyone who enters the building(staff or customer) has to have their temperature checked and immediately sanitize their hands.
From the initial menu you should be able to order gf and soy free but the menu isn't very detailed. Lots of fish sauce though...
We asked about lunch and there are plans to open for lunch, but not during the soft open.
