Poor customer service, Bad experience ever as a customer. We went to this store today around 12:30 pm . We already selected one shoe for my baby and try to find the right size of another shoes for me, The guy working there he was saying to us Like rudely “make sure you have to put it back” I feel so bad. I returned from that store without buying anything. I am not going to this store anymore. He was trying to arguing us so we left……..bye bye…..never see you👎👎👎👎👎

This Rack Room has a good selection of shoes and the facility is clean as it is in a newer shopping plaza. The staff was standing together talking at the registers when we entered and someone did come to ask us of there was something they could do to help after a couple minutes. They were not overly friendly but it also didn't seem like our business was an inconvenience.
