My wife called to see if the store had any dry graphite Lube spray in stock, and they said they had it. Upon arrival we found that they did not so I went to the counter to ask, and said "My wife had called to check and see if you had graphite spray lubricant and the person on the phone said that you did, but i cant find any." the person behind the counter told me that my wife had not called, and that they did not have graphite spray lubricant, and there in fact was no such thing. So I just left to go someplace else and a second customer service Representative said "Well, His wife must have called someone else." they didn't realize that my wife was still in the store. Upon checking her phone I found their number, as given by their website on Google, on her phone just a few minutes before we had arrived. Their customer service could really use some training in how to respond to customers as well as not belittle them and call them liars.

Went to Kennewick, WA, Clearwater Ave. store to get air filter and cabin filter for a Hyundai Elantra SEL. Parts Mgr "JT B." helped me. Had cabin filter, no air filter. He called another AutoZone because its website said they had one. "JT B." confirmed they actually had NO stock on selling floor. Spent several minutes on hold after he insisted they check "back room." Although they didn't have one there, either, he saved me from a pricey and disappointing trip! I'll be back.. You have good prices -- and good people!

Went in to AutoZone today and Daisy helped me find the battery for my car remote and replaced it for me . excellent customer service . in and out in less than 5 minutes . Thank you Daisy .
