5 people standing around. Got my order wrong and the one blonde lady rolled her eyes and didn't even acknowledge my issue another worker helped out making my order complete. Horrible place.

Go somewhere else and be treated better. Picky eaters beware! They would not do a substitute that another store would, and were very rude about it. Not everybody likes iced tea and that new menu item does in fact offer substitutions. It's not that they can't, it's that they won't. Lazy managers being lazy. Had to twist their arm to even PAY for another drink. Not only that, they had to be TOLD to give me the drink I wanted substituted out, I paid for it, hand it over?? Go somewhere else and be treated better.

We had to pay 7.89 except the sign as you can see was not that amount. We asked why? The wait was over 20 minutes just for the meal. The sandwich was good and fries...but the sign reads one way and the inside computer reads more.. Not happy as no one did anything..

Pathetic by any stretch of the word. To order one of their most simple sandwiches hot ham & cheese ONLY and I'm asked to pull fwd and as we all know this to to prevent corporate from seeing the timers telling them the store isn't ready for such simple orders. Then to receive the sandwich only to find its been WAY OVER COOKED by the microwave which blows my mind these children can never seem to master that task and I'm submitting a picture of this pathetic so called food with it's tiny little precut circle of ham that's been folded over into the center of the bread so it's doesn't fit the sandwich at all.
