I grew up going to this sonic and over the past few years it's been pretty decent most of the time, but I just went there again today and was thoroughly disappointed. The first issue was they didn't hear our order right, not sure how because I was loud and clear, the person not hearing me right caused lots of confusion at the window. Now obviously nobody is perfect and it's ok to mess up now and then, but how you handle it is what really matters. When I got to the window they handed me the wrong kind of ice cream, then proceeded to say they didn't have the other flavor I asked for so they were going to make me another flavor of my choice, again no big deal, I then realized I had the wrong flavor to begin with and simply asked them to correct it, the girl at the window had originally been super nice it seemed, but when I kindly asked her to correct THEIR mistake, her attitude changed and she got really rude with me. They didn't even hand me a receipt in the end so I have no idea if I was even charged correctly. Again making a mistake isn't the problem here, it's how they handled it, maybe they just had an off day I don't know, but I've been coming here for years and the staff is seemingly getting worse.

Mostly good food. Would give a higher rating but due to covid, I'm sure, you never know if they will be open normal hours or not. Plus, the staff isn't very friendly. Probably because they are short handed but not really sure if that's the reason or not.

Consistently slow service and shorting orders. Slow as in half hour for 3 burgers (which were not even made properly) and a hot dog (which had been short on the order then came out 10 minutes later and not how ordered either)

This service was hella slow, I mean yeah the foods aight but it ain’t worth waiting 45 minutes. If you trying to get fast food maybe try somewhere else but the drinks here are pretty good, but the food ain’t the best and not worth waiting for.
