I tried the Jack Harlow meal.The chicken sandwich was too spicy and it wasnt made fresh to order... it was so hot, as in spicy pepper hott, that I couldnt enjoy it, they also forgot to include the special sauce for the fries. The lemonade was wayyyy too sweet, it was like syrup. Now i remember why I quit going to Kfc... Its time for the Kernel to retire.😑

I would give it 0 stars if I could. I really dont understand how this place is still open. I quit eating there awhile ago because of service. Now I am a delivery driver & I have to say I am shocked. I have wasted my gas & time more times than i can count because they have been out of CHICKEN!! HOW DOES KFC RUN OUT OF CHICKEN!!! Other times they have been out of other items. Many other times I have had to wait for long periods of time because the people there act like they don't want to work. Majority of the problems were when picking up orders after 5 p.m. They need get a whole new night shift. I have never left a review I just quit going to the place but now being a driver I dont have a choice if other people want to eat there but I am just sick of wasting gas going there. Gas is not cheap!!! Get it together KFC

Abused Consumer

Just left the restaurant. Tanya at the front counter was very rude; she acted like she didn’t want to be there. We said please and thank you she didn't respond to any. Slammed out food on counter and walked away. The other two girls one was behind the food line and one at the drive through window were pleasant and happier. Tanya needs more training!

Order as expected. All fresh. All items right. I wish they had the Nashville Hot available for the Original Recipe Chicken. Or at least sell you a side of it to put on your chicken. I would gladly pay for it.
