Worst, terrible experience I’ve ever had with Optometrist. I will never , ever come back here anymore! The younger ( son maybe ) Optometrist is extremely intimidating . They just want your money. Worst, poor service of u proficient Technician.

I went in for a routine eye exam a few weeks ago and had a great experience. The staff was helpful and Dr. Hanono himself was a kind, gentle man. He also wore a nice suit. BH I don’t have any eye issues, but I have recommended him to others.

I really enjoyed the customer service at the front desk. It was my first time at the office. I was recommended 2 yrs ago by my daughter in law. Dr. Hanono it was great to speak to someone that is both knowledgeable and demonstrates concern and compassion for their clients. Thank you so much. I received great care when selecting the frame with no rushing just being able to take your time.

I went to Imperial Beach Optometry a while back for an eye exam, and my experience was fantastic. The staff is professional, the wait time was minimal, and the doctor had a great sense of humor and kept the mood light. My experience was such a pleasant one that I decided to purchase my sunglasses there. They didn't have the pair that I wanted in their inventory so they took down my number, ordered them, and called me when they were in. The price was fair and they even helped heat them and mold them to my face to get them to fit better. I will recommend this place to everyone. Thanks for the excellent service!
