The park doesnt hAve rules. Management let's people do what they want. People living in sheds in park. Homeless caught in laundry rooms. No security in park. Management says they can't do anything. One trailer is bringing all walks of life in our park known drug spot and nothing is done about it. We love this park. Nice people live here. Management knows the problem n turns the other cheek.

I love this place been here over 10 years. The rent is lower then most trailer parks. The electric is a little high. Washing machine are 1 dollar to wash. Some people don't respect the washer and over load them witch cause them to break dow .. if people would be more respectful thing would run better

I actually like this little park for many years it was very ran down by drug addicts and the new management has turned that around, older tenants can't get away with what they used to so they are mad at management but the girl in the office doesn't set her hours nor the raise increases maybe everyone is directing their anger to the wrong people! They are actually very nice people and very helpful if you act right and with all these horrible comments who wouldn't put a lock on their gate, I would too! Move out if you don't like it! you won't because you won't find a better deal!

Haven't lived here but about a year. Two increases in the rent for no respect from management at all. Place is horribly kept. However, looking at managements home looks very updated. New fence,and everything. Noticed that there's a lock on fence towards front door. Why is there a lock? What if your tenant is having a emergency of some sort? This place isn't worth it. I've seen more than 10 families move out.... should tell you something. Poor poor management. Place would be great if managed correctly.
