This place is awesome and right by a natural spring what more can you ask for, they gave us everything to make our breakfast from pancake mix, French toast batter, chopped up bananas and chocolate chips for the pancakes my kids enjoyed and loved participating, we all had fun it was a great experience. Our waiter was Jones was awesome we appreciate you

Where Hibachi meets Cracker Barrel!!! What a fun experience! Got there are 9:30am and had a 2hr wait. So plan on the wait and experience the parks trails and history. The food tasted great and the all you can eat pancakes was the meal of the day. We had fun making shapes and cooking at the table was fun.

A great time! We did have a long wait — 2 1/2 hours — was a bit much but as expected for a smaller establishment during a holiday week. The servers were working so hard and I appreciate them so much! Making pancakes with your family with everything provided is fun and the batter was very good! A great place to go and hang out, walk around the springs and enjoy the company of your loved ones.

Unique place. Great staff. Tasty cakes. My family enjoyed our visit to this park and restaurant. I’m told there is typically a significant wait but we were fortunate to walk right in and sit right down. As others have noted, most (including us) opt for the make your own pancakes. I suggest ordering multiple toppings for the table so everyone can try something different (if you aren’t afraid to share).

Florida State Parks allow dogs, check online at their website for details (leash rules, pet waste clean up, etc). Restaurant no.
No just go but get there early!
Yes. It's open 7 days a week and only closed on Thanks Giving day and Christmas day.
Sure thing! You have to go through lake woodruff... And take the spring run up. It is plenty big and there is boat docking at the state park once you get there. (First come first serve) have fun!!
Staff wear mask. All dinning surfaces are sanitized after every service. We are also operating at 75% seating capacity. Customers are not required to wear mask. A few of our tables are very large. We seat small parties at each end of those tables if the customer is comfortable doing so...if not they have the table to themselves.
The pancakes are about $6 per person for all you want. You can buy extra things like nuts and berries to go in them, and sides like bacon or ham. They also have gluten free for a little extra price.
