They let my food sit there while they took orders behind me and complained about the customer ahead of me. She didn't tell me what the charge was and when I asked for a receipt she told me I would have to pull forward and wait 5 to 10min while she called a cashier. My food was already cold and my frosty was melted. I won't be going back there.

Most of the time the food is okay.. But it's so understaffed. Drive thru can take forever and it's hit or miss if the dinning room is even open. They're always seems to be a sign on the door.." Inside dinning close due to staff shortage"..

Was very pleased with my visit today, March 11, at Wendy's. I went through the drive-thru for breakfast with very little wait time. The lady taking my order was very pleasant and patient, she didn't rush me at all while ordering, making sure not to interrupt before I was finished. No sooner did I pull up to the window and pay they had my food ready. My potato wedges were full and not half empty, my biscuits and gravy had a good amount of gravy and the bicuit wasn't over cooked or hard, and my sandwich was well made and had nice strips of bacon. My food was exceptional, hot, yummy, and well made. I have no complaints at all. My experience overall today at this particular Wendy's was enjoyable.

Go there in the morning. Always high energy and great service. Food was nice, hot and fresh. Ans Kristine was so upbeat and amazing.
