Agree with bad reviews - had appointment to have trailer hitch installed and when we showed up at 8am were rudely told it hadn't come in. Why didn't they let us know the night before. Vacation ruined. Thanks, Havertown U-Haul.

Terrible Place! Take your business elsewhere! I ordered a hitch & wiring installation package online and got an appointment. Later that day they called me and CANCELED my order out of the blue. They stated they were not able to install wiring at all... I asked if they can install at least the hitch without wiring. They confirmed. I went to the store to double check with them. The store associate checked my car. She was sitting in it and even crawling under the car. She confirmed that they can do install. I dropped the car and received another unfriendly call from this store manager. Now they figured out now they are not able to move my car. My STICK SHIFT truck made them CANCEL the other order again. Waste of lifetime Poorly managed store & a very unfriendly manager!

Terrible way to run a business! I booked an appointment to have a hitch installed. I arrived and was told they were unable to install the hitch due to back order, no mechanic, delayed shipment. Why would Uhaul book the appointments if you have no inventory? Why have a customer drive 30-40 minutes if you have no mechanic on duty to install for that day/time? Uhaul has the worst customer service I have ever come across👎🏼
