Very disappointed in the portion size. I'm paying $8+ dollars. Most of the bowl is beans rice which cost nothing. At least give me a decent scoop of chicken instead flicking a few pieces on. My bowl was All rice and beans. The rice is crunchy. With all the other competition. I will be going somewhere else.

The store was noisy and appeared less than stellar when it came to being clean. We ate outside at the tables offered to avoid the indoor atmosphere. The food was okay but just lukewarm. Compared to other Chipotles I've visited this one did not impress me as a place I'd enjoy going back to often. The servers were polite but, when I asked for the tofu option, the server did not know what I was talking about. I asked again; this time for chorizo which is their name for the sausage flavored tofu they carry at all their franchises and they still didn't have a clue until another employee got involved and verified what I was requesting. Parking was adequate and the location is safe and easily accessible from downtown

Absolutely the WORST CHIPOTLE EVER. First of all, EVERY single time I order it for delivery it's wrong. They mess it up every single time without fail. Second of all, tonight we went there at 9pm (they close- as stated online, at 10pm). We were turned away at the door because they are only staying open for the last hour for door dash delivery. Are you kidding me??? Change your freaking hours online then before people drive all the way there! Absolutely ridiculous. I've had to make so many complaints about this location it's insane. It needs a new manager and workers ASAP. Also, it takes literally 2 seconds to change your hours online before people waste their gas driving to your location just to be turned away.

Usually I would give a manager an opportunity to hear the situation and make things right before leaving a review, but since no one answers the phone and the voicemail box is full, here we are. Ordered a PLANT BASED chorizo bowl, and it had chicken mixed in. I'm a vegetarian and was so excited when plant based chorizo was added to the menu, but this is so disappointing that due to obvious quality control issues and careless employees, I can't trust that ordering this will actually be meatless. What's the point of even offering plant based menu options if your employees can't be bothered to keep meat out of it. This location has forgotten ingredients in my online orders in the past, and I've for some reason kept giving it another chance, but after this I will never be visiting this location again.

While this isn't a question, I will validate what Andrew Is saying. I've been here 5 times in the last 2 months and each time the portions have been worse. Also my steak was about 50 percent fat/gristle last time.
