The manager Rasheedah Hatchett is very rude , unprofessional and does not have customer service skills . she does not like it when customers ask questions and makes threats to call the police and refuse service . you should find better people to manage your branch . she should be fired and taught how to deal with the public . if you don’t like your job , get another one

It was an ok experience here. I was happy that I could come in. The one at Springfield and the one on West Chester Pike service you at drive-thrus. Do not like them, so impersonal. If you have change, forget it, it will get lost in the chute going up and down. The only financial institution that will not allow patrons to come in and conduct their business. Could understand this last year, while we were in the thick of Covid, but not now, as we are still in a pandemic, but give it a break, just mandate masks coming in and out, but let customers conduct their business indoors.

The service was good, and the manager was very helpful. The biggest problem I noticed was the complaining and impossible to accomodate customers at the drive thru. All things considered, the employees at this branch performed well. No way could I put up with what these people have to put up with daily.

So I know due to the pandemic the doors are locked, and to go inside the branch requires an appointment. However, the drive-thru line for both lameshlanes about five cars each which were barely moving so I opted to use the ATM. Knowing the ATM only gives 50s and 20s, I called the branch, spoke to a banker who did not enunciate, so I couldn't catch a name, and asked if I gave them a $20 bill through the door would they be able to break it for me? Banker responded by saying all the tellers were upstairs, so the only way to get cash is to go through the drive-thru even though I expressed that the drive-thru is busy. After hanging up the phone, the window behind the ATM shows me that there was a teller sitting at the teller station, the banker just could not be bothered to assist me. Definitely not a branch I would rate highly, if I had to score it it would probably get a 5 out of 10. What happened with going out of the way to please?
