I came in the day before my baby shower to get gel nails and toes painted by the end of the day I already had one nail completely peel off and another partially come off. The whole reason I got gel was so they would last for awhile.. I called in the next morning asking to come in to have the two nails fixed because my baby shower is today and soon and they told me to come in that afternoon or another day because they were busy. I get you have other customers but when you had a customer come in and pay $50 just the day before and it’s already messed up you fix their nail for them especially when it would take less than 3 minutes to have me in & out. ( I had another salon that didn’t even do my nails tell me I didn’t need an appointment to have my nails fixed to come in anytime and they would fix them for me)

The older male nail artist was insanely rude to me. Everything he was practically yelling to me. He was very aggressive and would squeeze my hand and yell at me to relax and he yelled he would charge me extra. How could a person be relaxed while being yelled at? I was literally appalled by the way he treated me so I told him to take my nails off and he wouldn’t and told me to wait for another person to do that for me, so I decided to walk out and his very poor service left me with horrible unfinished nails. I wouldn’t even rate this place a 1 star.

The techs never have a problem recreating any random Pinterest pic I show them, and they do a great job! The prices are reasonable, they give you a great mani-pedi, and offer facial waxing and eyelash extensions as well. The only complaint I have is the pedicure stations could be cleaner. Although the bowls are cleaned, I've never seen the massage chairs, arm rests, etc be disenfected between customers. *Plan on wait times of an hour or longer during weekends if you don't schedule an appointment!*
