Wait staff and hostess were polite. The manager came over to see how our food and service was. The food was hit, spiced just right, was fresh tasting, and the overall appearance of the inside and outside of this establishment were clean. We had an excellent meal and experience here, will definitely be returning.

Outback has been a go-to place for us for several years. My wife loves their chicken and sweet potatoes while I can not get enough of their steaks. We both love their Cesar salads and fresh bread. All their appetizers are great and their service is fast and friendly. They are quick to also make everything perfect during your stay. Highly recommend.

Service was excellent. Food was ok but not anything to write home about. Steak sandwich had very little steak. The French onion soap was good.

I initially had a not so great experience in the restaurant. I ended up not eating my meal and left a one star review. However, one of the owners of this location reached out about my experience and made a sincere apology for my experience along with an invitation to come back. She offered and sent gift cards to me to show good faith in her restaurant, product and staff to use when I return to the restaurant. Good customer service and pride in product is hard to come by. But this outback has restored that. Thank you for that Elizabeth! This is the quality of food that is served at the Wilmington NC franchise. This is unacceptable and I was unable to even eat my lunch today. We were told by the manager that you do serve a lower quality product and charge a higher price. That is pathetic and it will be the reason I do not return to any outback. You should really look into upping you quality and product at this location. The manager has no clue what's going on and only offered to take the meal off the bill. It looks like a gloomy future for your business here. May want to re think your business model
