Terrible Customer Service !!! Several orders were wrong and incomplete. When we ask for for the order to be fixed the staff sent out the Manager John who interrogated a guest in my party about her meal before agreeing to replace it. While we waited, the other guests finished their entire meal before the replacement orders arrived. At that time, I suggested those replacement orders should be comped. Again, the Manager John came out again and interrogated the guest again, became very argumentative, and ask our party to pay our bills and leave immediately. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I ask to given the owners number or contact information and the manager refused to give it to me. I will never go back !!! They treat their customers very disrespectfully.

Didn't disappoint! The burgers are full of yummy deliciousness, like fried pickles in my all American burger! You can also ask for customized items, like cheddar cheese instead of American cheese🙂. My wife's swiss burger was especially tasty, with a piece of fried cheese to surprise your taste buds! The onion pedals are a perfect appetizer, and we're perfected!

I had a wonderful time here on my sons 21st birthday! The service was exceptional even after a small issue with our order. They handled it immediately & the manager even came out to apologize and to make sure we were happy! The steak n cheese egg rolls were so good we've started picking them up to go now!!! Will definitely be returning.. Great diverse crowd!

Seriously folks……. It’s a mediocre restaurant, with mediocre food. This is a place for College / High School kids, who don’t know any better. The best thing about this place is the Tv’s. Sports Tv’s EVERY WHERE!!!!! I’m not knocking anything……. It’s just a 3 star restaurant. I can name at least 3 other places that have better burgers. Should I list them???? .Salads ….. well it’s just $11 lettuce. The menu is weak. The service is good (not great), The food is ok….. nothing spectacular. You’ll walk away, disappointed, that you spend your hard earned money at this place. I do love the giant drinking glasses. And I give them a big thumbs up……. for having enough staff to be open during our COVID crisis.
