Really nice employee but only one on staff so it took a long time with 10 people in line. Chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard was basically just chocolate chips. Maybe one chunk of cookie dough. Never had it like that anywhere.

2021 update: big improvement. On a Tuesday night after Labor Day they had appropriate amount of staff working. They were pleasant and got us in and out of there in 5 minutes. We got hot pretzels, two sundaes, and two milkshakes. I asked for extra peanut butter sauce on my sundae which was great, pretzels were just okay. 2019 review: There was only one person working on Labor Day at 7pm. She was swamped. A lot of people walked out instead of waiting in 20 min line. We went back in there Thursday eve of that week and it was still just the one person working.
