This was the best chiropractor I’ve ever met. The Doc was personable, funny, and the most talented person ever to get my back aligned. I’m a military veteran. My wife and I signed up today for the monthly membership! Having the spine aligned helps with soooo many areas of my life. Gonna be a patient here for a long time I think 🤔. Thanks to all involved in getting my whole family adjusted in under 2 hours. 😀

Very professional, they assess what the issue is talk you through what it means, how it affects you, and how to fix it as well as give you a physical representation of what it looks like and what is happening inside of your body. Then they get to work, very comfortable setting and easy to relax and let them do their job, this was my wife’s and I first time going and we were a little nervous heading in after watching all the videos on YouTube of what to expect, after our first visit we left with a better understanding of what their job entails, how our body functions and we’re more willing to take care of our body’s for health purposes, we left with methods to maintain better posture and stretches, we also left with dates to return and a monthly plan that was very affordable and they are walk-in welcome, does not take anything over an hour for your first visit only because of paperwork after your first visit and the paperwork is complete it does not take anything Over 10 minutes. Definitely a 10/10 and I highly recommend!

Warning, bad fast food of Chiropractic care. This is the type of place that gives chiropractors a bad name. Nice people in the lobby. Untrained people in the back. One of them I call the crusher. In 43 years of chiropractic care I've never been hurt by a Chiropractor until now. I have now spent thousands of dollars at a real chiropractor and with massage therapy to correct what they did and I still have more to go. In short my first visit went well. Second visit they hurt me. Like a fool I went back for a third visit they did good. The fourth visit they hurt me again. They told me to ice the area. That did nothing. I tried to cancel with them within that first month. I then learned I needed to pay for 2 full months no matter what. They told me I had to cancel in person until I told them they hurt me twice. They then let me magically cancel over the phone. Guess they didn't want me to come in and scare away clients. DON'T GO TO THEM, find a real chiropractor.

After visiting chiropractor after chiropractor I was done with the promises of getting help for my issues. I just needed someone to pop, pull, and yank things back into place. A friend recommended The Joint and I'm so glad he did. Dr. Richards did just that for me. It was amazing! Never before has anyone given me an adjustment like that.
