Shop had no bikes on display, doesn't support bmx and I seen the tech scam a elderly lady $10 for a brake adjustment on her walker haha only in hemet. I wonder what they charge to actually fix something

Bought a bike on eBay, and the seller used this shop to ship the bike out. Not only did multiple pieces break in shipment, but there was absolutely no protection for the frame or any other parts of the bike. No bubble wraps, no foam, just loose boxes inside a large box. It looked like it was thrown in with no care. It was coming from California to Ohio, so it would’ve been wise to wrap the frame at least. Several pieces are busted on a vintage Apple Krate bicycle - including the reflector, chain guard, and several huge paint gauges from the frame, seat and handlebars all being loose inside a big box. I’m hoping the seller can do something about this, but I would expect a lot more from a bike shop of all places. Really disappointing.

Robert is legendary in this town. A veritable bicycle repair virtuoso. I spent months watching youtube videos, thought I would be my own bike mechanic, what a waste of my time, what a fool I was. After seeing Robert my bike rides smoother than butter, his tune up took several minutes of my typical ride time. On many occasions he stays open longer than his posted hours and aids patrons pleading for help outside his operating hours. Proof that spending your local dollars in Hemet is very worthwhile.

This was easily the best bike store I've been to. The guy who runs it is polite, and helped me pick a bike I'm incredibly happy with. Whenever issues come up with my bike, I'll be very comfortable heading here.

We have two types of tune up, basic $45.00 and major $65.00. The basic tune up includes adjustment of the brakes, shifting, inflating the tires, lubricating chain and cables if needed. Major tune up includes the above and also includes a lot of cleaning and minor wheel truing if needed. Parts, if needed such as tubes, tires, cables and the extra labor associated with their replacement are charged in addition to the cost of the tune up. Hope this answers your question. Thank you
Yes. It's down Sanderson by Lemongrass Restaurant
We still require a mask for all shoppers. We are still social distancing. One customer or family group at a time is preferred. When the shop gets busy we ask our customers to wait outside until we are finished with the prior customer. Customers are allowed access to less than one third of the shop. Lexan shields divide the employee area from the customer area. Countertops are frequently cleaned during the day. As restrictions ease, our plan is to remain cautious. Our shop has serviced over 1500 bicycles since March of 2020. As of this response on March 15th 2021 no staff members have been infected by Covid-19.
You can go to a local gas station to get air

Please bring your bicycle in for nan estimate. Our estimates for repairs are always free. It usually only takes a few minutes to diagnose the problem and write the repair ticket.

The high quality BMX bikes sold by local brick and mortar bike shops will range in price from around $300.00 to over $1000.00. Current supply chain issues have impacted all local bike shop inventory levels. We only have a few in stock at this time. Call any shop that may have what you are looking for prior to your visit. Gasoline is over $6.50 a gallon, you will save time and money shopping by phone first. I hope this information is helpful. Thank you for contacting us here at Hemet Bike Shop.
Hemet Bike Shop does not purchase used bicycles from private parties.
Only do bikes and a great job too
Not sure on cost, great guy very fare.
I think they do.
Bob, yes we sell 5 brands of e-bikes. Haibike USA, Raleigh and IZip electric all still have some inventory. Fuji and Haro bikes are still out of stock. The entire bicycle industry is experiencing supply chain issues and inventory shortages due to COVID-19, puncture resistant tires may not be available yet due to inventory shortages. Thanks for contacting us.
Yes they will install thornless or tubes that wont puncture at Hemet Bike Shop.
I don't work there, just a customer. The last I heard, they were only doing repairs and selling parts. You'd have to call them to find out if they have any bikes for sale, new or used.
Ginger, Hemet Bike Shop does not usually purchase bicycles. If you have something you are selling we can help to evaluate it. We do not charge for this service. We would need to see the bike at our shop to give you any information about the value. I hope this helps.
Sorry Daniel, Hemet Bike Shop does not offer any painting services. I would suggest you contact some of our local auto body repair shops, or one of the local companies that offer powder coating. Good luck with the project.
